VRCS has been operating since 1993 as a referral service to other veterinary clinics and their clients and is the only cremation facility owned by veterinarians.
Our Facility
Your pet is a member of your family and because we believe in the human animal bond our crematoria was designed and built for human cremation. The crematoria surpasses all the necessary start-up and testing requirements and is built, maintained and run as an environmentally friendly operation. It is tested and monitored as required by the Ministry of Environment.
Our Professional Standing
We are member of the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematories (IAOPCC) The organisation sets professional and ethical guidelines on the operation of pet cemeteries and crematoria.
We promote a standard definition for service and methods of operation, for cremation services within this organisation and we hope to raise the bar for the industry as a whole.
